    It's rare, but we take full responsibility if anything is damaged during our work. Our liability insurance covers property damage, and we document the work area before and after every job. If something does happen, we'll repair or replace it at our cost — no runaround.

    Absolutely. We clean up all packaging, old screen materials, and debris before we leave. Your home should look the same as when we arrived — just with better screens. We also do a final walkthrough with you to make sure everything meets your expectations.
