About the Role
This is one of the most efficient ways to earn money in Squamish. As a BBS Sales Estimator, you visit homeowners who have already requested a quote, measure their windows and doors, and provide them with a price on the spot. Appointments are typically 45–90 minutes. Most days you'll do one or two of them.
There's no cold calling. No chasing leads. Customers book online and we route the appointment to you. You show up, do the measure, quote the job using our app, and submit it. Done.
Commission is 10% of each job that converts to a paid order. On a $1,500 screen job, that's $150 in your pocket from a single appointment. Estimators who are good at building rapport with customers consistently earn $200–$250 per day worked.
What You'll Do
- Attend pre-booked estimate appointments at customer homes in Squamish and surrounding areas
- Measure windows and door openings accurately
- Use the BBS Sales App (on your phone) to generate a quote on-site
- Answer customer questions about products and installation
- Submit the quote and invoice through the app — the system handles the rest
- Represent BBS professionally — you're the face of the company at this stage
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable talking to homeowners and explaining products clearly
- Basic measuring ability (tape measure, reading fractions)
- Reliable transportation to get to appointments in Squamish, Brackendale, Garibaldi Highlands, and nearby areas
- Smartphone (iPhone or Android) — the Sales App runs on both
- Sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required
- Someone who wants flexible, well-paying work without a fixed schedule
Compensation & Perks
- 10% commission on all converted jobs
- Typical appointment: 1–2 hours
- Average earnings: $150–$250 per day worked
- Flexible — you confirm which appointments you want to take
- No base quota, no pressure — just good work, good pay
- Mileage for Zone 1 and Zone 2 appointments (outside Squamish)
