About the Role
Complete Window Cleaning operates out of Horseshoe Bay and serves West Vancouver, the North Shore, and up the Sea to Sky Corridor. We're looking for two window washers to join the team for the summer season.
This is honest, outdoor work with real earning potential. We start everyone at $30 an hour. If you show up reliably, work efficiently, and do clean work (literally), we move you up. Our top-performing washers earn $40 an hour. This isn't something we advertise — it's something you earn.
A company vehicle option is available for the right candidate, which means you're not putting wear on your own car driving to jobs across West Van and up the corridor.
What You'll Do
- Wash exterior and interior windows at residential and strata properties
- Operate safely from ladders and ground level (training provided)
- Use professional squeegee technique, water-fed poles, and cleaning solutions
- Communicate professionally with homeowners before, during, and after the job
- Complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard
- Handle job scheduling and routing through our platform
What We're Looking For
- Experience with professional window washing (residential preferred)
- Comfortable on ladders and working at heights
- Strong attention to detail — streaks and drips get noticed
- Physically fit — this is active, outdoor work all day
- Reliable transportation to the Horseshoe Bay / West Vancouver area OR interest in the company vehicle option
- Professional presentation — you're working in high-end residential areas
- BC driver's license (required for company vehicle candidates)
Compensation & Perks
